Todd York is a senior level HR professional whose has worked with multiple industries from small to publicly traded Fortune 500 companies. At Audax HR Outsourcing he is responsible for assisting clients to align strategic business goals with HR and operational needs to increase profitability, productivity, customer service, and maintain compliance.

Mr. York received his bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Florida. He has over 24 years of experience in Human Resources and is certified as a Global and Senior Professional of Human Resources (GPHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP).

Before Audax HR, Mr. York worked for a NY venture capital owned medical practice group, USAP, handling human capital mergers and acquisitions of multiple practices representing 300 hospitals in anesthesiology area. Mr. York, was the Vice President of US HR Operations for Sykes, one of largest call center companies in the world representing companies like AT&T, Bank of America, Hallmark, and USAA. He managed over 15,000 employees in the US in 26 locations. While with Advantec BPO for eleven years, he was the SVP of Human Capital and Operations which represented 25,000 employees in 600 companies in 50 states and overseas.

Mr. York is a long standing member of SHRM, and held positions as District Director of Tampa, Pinellas, and Sarasota-Manatee, Treasurer for HR Florida, President of HR Tampa, Vice President of HRMA of South West Florida. He has served on several other executive boards in the past.
