Dr. Sheri K. Bias, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has over 30 years of experience in a variety of Human Resources capacities. She holds a PhD in Human and Organization Systems from The Fielding Graduate University as well as an MBA from The College of William and Mary and an MA in Human Resource Development from George Washington University.
Dr. Bias is currently an Associate Professor at Saint Leo University where she leads several doctoral dissertation committees, as well as teaching undergraduate and graduate classes on human resources topics. She has also served as department chair and lead human resources faculty at other academic institutions.
Dr. Bias previously led HR initiatives for organizations such as Anheuser Busch, Philip Morris, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, American Airlines, Pennzoil, and NASA Langley Research Center.
Her research interests include generations in the workplace and risk management strategies.
Dr. Bias has also been heavily involved in the Odyssey of the Mind Program having coached for multiple years and most recently serving in a judging capacity at World Finals.
