Joe Arner is a speaker and trainer dedicated to individual and organizational development in a variety of industries. His focus is to aid leaders in cultivating healthy, achievement-oriented organizational cultures.
Through Joe’s Connected Leadership workshops, participants can develop a strong Leader P.O.V.® (Point of View) and hone the competencies that will make them most effective in leading their respective teams and organizations.
As a full-time consultant, Joe uses his diverse experience as a professional development leader, counselor, and presenter. His program participants have included: law enforcement, military personnel, small business leaders, corporate operational leaders, front-line managers, higher education executives, church leaders, and human resources professionals. Joe's experience in working with distance learners at Saint Leo University has enabled him to develop delivery methods that can accommodate on-site and remote participation.
Joe is the author of a new program, Mindful Men, designed to create personal and shared accountability for consistently showing respect to others.
Joe made his way through this career path by using the critical thinking and communication skills established during his education. He holds a bachelor’s degree in history from James Madison University and a master’s degree in theology from Union Theological Seminary in the City of New York.
Joe is an excellent facilitator, especially among groups of diverse people with varied backgrounds and perspectives. He can draw everyone into focus on the shared mutual purpose and mission of the sessions he leads.
