Jody Conway is first and foremost an educator. Her unique approach to learning is one that engages the mind, develops a desire for continuous growth, and reinforces critical self-thought.
An expert in transition theory and development theories, she brings to light the concept that options always exist — you just need to look for them. Whether transitioning into college, a career, or retirement, understanding key transitional times in life is critical.
Her research and teaching focus on leadership in organizations, organizational/environmental design, transition theory, generational studies, and online educational environments.
Jody holds a PhD in Curriculum Instruction and Leadership. In addition to her academic expertise, Jody has been selected to present at numerous conferences, has authored articles and texts within her field, and is a favored speaker, trainer and facilitator for leadership training and workshops. Jody also serves on several state, regional, and national boards.
Her contagious high energy, positive outlook, and sense of humor are a great combination for the application of theory to practice in today’s workforce.
As President of Full Circle Coaching of Tampa Bay, Jody has combined her 25 years of experience in higher education, administrator, adviser and faculty to support her clients in finding their path and coming full circle with their goals and aspirations.
